Complementary Expertise: Development of Bioinformatics Tools for Image Analysis

In parallel with our biological research, we are developing bioinformatics tools for efficient image analysis, enabling high-throughput quantification of cellular data. These tools, such as PaCeQuant and CytoskeletonAnalyzer2D, assist in the unbiased classification of plant phenotypes, contributing to functional predictions and a better understanding of plant growth regulation.
