Web Presence
For the creation of websites, Philipps Universität Marburg uses a central content management system (CMS), the content of which is maintained by the departments, institutions, research centers and the administration itself.
For corporate design and corporate identity, the Staff Unit for University Communication is responsible, the University Computer Center (HRZ) provides the technical infrastructure for the web presence, develops additional functions and offers CMS training.
In the departments and facilities there are CMS comissioners for questions and problems and to grant write permissions within the area, see Requirements and Things to Know.

If you want to get write permissions for a (partial) area, you will need
- Central user account (Uni-Account)
- a participation in a CMS training, see training dates

Things to know
Every university member with a user account can potentially act as an editor in the CMS. After an attended training, the CMS representative applies for the rights, which always also apply to all sub-areas.
