Forms for applications

When announcing professorships, we ask you to include a completed questionnaire with your application documents. The questionnaire is available in a version for mathematics professorships and in a version for computer science professorships. In addition, each version is available in three different formats to reduce compatibility problems.

Mathematics professorships

• Questionnaire as fillable pdf-form (Adobe Acrobat)
• Questionnaire as fillable doc form (Microsoft Word)
• Questionnaire as editable odt-document (LibreOffice, NeoOffice, Apache OpenOffice et al.)

Computer science professorships

• Questionnaire as fillable pdf-form (Adobe Acrobat)
• Questionnaire as fillable doc form (Microsoft Word)
• Questionnaire as editable odt-document (LibreOffice, NeoOffice, Apache OpenOffice et al.)
