Degree Programs

The Center offers two master degree programs: The MA degree program in Friedens- und Konfliktforschung, which is primarily taught in German (MA FUK); and the joint MA degree program in Peace and Conflict Studies with the University of Kent, Canterbury (MA PACS), fully taught in English. Both courses of study are interdisciplinary and convey in-depth knowledge on conflicts and their resolution. The programs are available for students from all departments. The intense focus on research is supplemented by practical exercises and simulations. The Center also extends invitations to national and international experts to hold lectures and teach classes.
