Research

The cooperation is built on the basis of available expertise among the project members. This is reflected in related publications in international refereed journals and other academic outlines.

One ongoing joint research activity is an edited book project entitled “Economic Welfare and Inequality in Iran: Developments since the Revolution” which is published by Palgrave Macmillan / Springer Nature (New York, NY) in December 2016.

The book is a collection of 8 chapters on post-revolution Iran economic development written by 11 leading and emerging scholars. It is edited by Mohammad Reza Farzanegan (CNMS) and Pooya Alaedini (University of Tehran). The chapters in this book are as follows:
