Abstract:
In this presentation, I will be collecting evidence of ritual writing practices in Hittite cuneiform texts (Anatolia, 17th-17th centuries BC). Among these attestations, mentions of inscribed ritual objects, including figurines, play a significant role. A selection of these attestations will be presented and analyzed in context.
