Im Rahmen seines DFG-geförderten Projekts Edition des äthiopischen Jeremias-Zyklus veranstalteten Stefan Weninger und Konrad Martin Heide am 4. und 5. Oktober 2016 einen Projektworkshop unter dem Titel "The Ethiopic Jeremiah-Cycle - A Critical Edition".

Ausgewiesene Experten auf dem Gebiet der Äthiopistik, der äthiopischen Philologie und der Bibelforschung diskutierten Zielsetzung und Wirkung der textkritischen Edition des Jeremias-Zyklus, die unlängst von Konrad Martin Heide fertig gestellt wurde.
