CrystalsFirst is a biotech start-up revolutionizing access to structural data for the development of small molecule therapeutics for challenging protein targets. CrystalsFirst eliminates trial-and-error techniques in early drug discovery. Since the company's founding in 2018, Dr. Serghei Glinca (CEO) has signed deals with large pharma and emerging biotech companies and achieved successful results. The new method provides systematic access to high-quality and stable protein crystals.

Dr. Serghei Glinca is also head of Deepsea, an accelerator programme for startup ecosystems. Deepsea brings together leaders of startup ecosystems to share their challenges and experiences and to foster startup ecosystems by building transnational collaborations.

The Chair of Entrepreneurship & Innovative Business Models is happy to welcome the CEO, Dr. Serghei Glinca, on the 23th November, 2021 (11 am) in the lecture “Business Model Innovation” (HG 00/0030 des Hörsaalgebäudes in der Biegenstrasse 14, 35037 Marburg).
