The module “Strategies for Internationalization“ addresses these challenges that companies are facing in a global market environment. Thus, the module provides an overview of relevant frameworks concerning international business. Important theories and concepts regarding the analysis of specific international markets and the formation of market entry strategies are discussed in this context. To deepen the understanding, the module is accompanied by a business game.
