Bologna is with around 386.000 residents the 7th biggest city in Italy. The history of the city dates back to the 6th century BC.

The Università di Bologna (Unibo) is the oldest university in Europe and with 85,000 students also one of the largest universities in Italy. The Faculty of Economics is the largest and also the leading one in Italy.

Courses

Information on course selection

1. At least 50% of the learning agreement should be composed of modules
   from the Areas of ‘Economics and Management’ or ‘Statistics’.
2. The University of Bologna has 5 campuses, 4 of which are outside the
   city. The learning agreement should be composed of course units that
   are held in the campus (and thus city) you have been assigned to.
3. Undergraduate students are restricted to undergraduate course units,
   while graduate students can select both undergraduate and graduate
   course units
