I am an Assistant Professor of "Political Science with a focus on democracy research, in particular the German political system from a comparative perspective".
My research interests span comparative politics, party politics, political behaviour, and computational social sciences (CSS).
My research has been published in European Journal of Political Research (EJPR), Political Communication, Political Behavior, Journal of European Public Policy (JEPP), and Party Politics, among others.
My research has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the CIVIA Research Excellence Tour Award 2022, the ECPR Rising Star Award 2021, the EUSA Honorable Mention for the best dissertation in EU studies 2019, and the EUP best paper award 2018.
