Transcript of Records
The transcript of records lists all of the courses that you took during your stay at the Philipps-University Marburg, reflecting the courses that are part of your 'Learning Agreement during' or your binding course list. Especially for Freemover, MO:VE and Overseas students, it is, therefore, especially important to carefully check that the LV codes, the course title and the number of ECTS points are correct as they will be part of your transcript.
Your departmental coordinator collects your grades at the end of the semester and adds them to your transcript of records. Once all grades have arrived, the transcript is sent off to the International Office, which then sends it to you. If you need your transcript earlier than usual, please indicate that to your departmental coordinator and your instructors, so that they know about your deadline.
If you are taking courses that are not part of the English department, be it from another department or the language center, make sure to forward the e-mail address iaasokra@uni-marburg.de to your instructors, so that they know where to send your grade at the end of the term.
