The Apollo Missions to the Moon – A Technological Anomaly in Time
Prof. Dr. Ulrich Lotzmann, Philipps-Universität Marburg, School of Medicine
- Colloquium, Physics Department
- 30. January 2020, 17:15 h, Renthof 5, Kleiner Hörsaal
Around 50 years ago in the period from 1968 to 1972 in total 24 Apollo astronauts flew to the Moon, 12 of them explored the lunar surface at six landing sites.
Using original even flown artifacts from each mission as show-and-tell objects some aspects of the Apollo explorations of the Moon will be discussed.
