Information for incoming exchange students (e.g. via Erasmus+) at the Faculty of Geography

Study programs:

BSc in Geography, MSc in Physical Geography, MSc in Economic Geography, Geography highschool teacher education. This pages are currently just available in German. The English version will be following soon.

Semester organisation:

Two semesters per year, the summer semester running from the middle of April to the middle of July and the winter semester running from the middle of October to the middle of February. Some courses (e.g. excursions) are offered as one- or two-week blocks outside of the semester times. The exact dates can be found on the page Semestertermine.

Languages:

Most courses are taught in German, some are or can be followed in English. Good English language skills are a must, German is recommended.
