Jane Freeland

Jane Freeland is a Lecturer in History and Fellow at the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences at Queen Mary University of London. Her research centres on the history of feminism in modern Germany and Europe, in particular the history of activism against gender-based violence and feminism and the media. Her book Feminist Transformations and Domestic Violence Activism in Divided Berlin, 1968-2002 is forthcoming with Oxford University Press.
