2025 Application Deadline: HUST International Summer School on Chinese Language + Metaverse

This project aims to introduce the development of China's research and application in the metaverse feld, providing opportunities for students from overseas to understand this area. By visiting electronic information, communication technology, and artificial intelligence-related research institutions and enterprises in the Wuhan area, students will have the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into China's innovation and development in these fields.

The metaverse is an immersive cyberspace integrating digital and physical worlds through AI, blockchain, 5G, IoT, and VR. It represents the future of industry by merging the digital and physical economies, offering vast potential. As the global metaverse industry rapidly evolves, it drives internet development and advances manufacturing toward high-end, intelligent, and sustainable growth.

Who can apply?
This project is targeted at students from overseas who have good English listening and speaking abilities, with priority given to those interested in information technology and China's development.

Important:
HUST will assist all qualified candidates with full scholarship funding from China Scholarship Council in early 2025 which will include full tuition waiver, free on-campus accomodation (double room standard) , medical insurance, and montly stipend of 3000 RMB
