Workshop as part of PlanForSuccess@Marburg in the project "UMR divers: Diversität - Orientierung - Studienerfolg" of the Hessian Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and the Arts

In this workshop we will focus on the new role in a new environment we have taken on as international students living abroad and we will discover strategies to become a little more comfortable every day.

These are the main topics: Who am I here? What does it mean to be different? How can I lead a self-determined life in Germany, successfully complete my studies and at the same time develop a "feeling of home"? What do I need to feel comfortable here in Germany?

If you ask yourself those questions, this workshop could be just the right one for you!

Speaker: Gabriela Varela Lopez is a qualified psychopedagogue with migration experience. She was born in Argentina and has lived in Freiburg for over 11 years. She supports people with migration experience in the challenges involved in the migration process with tools and practical exercises. In her services, she focuses on the potential and skills that are developed through the migration experience.
