Inhalt:

Are you eager to enhance your communication skills across cultures but unsure where to begin? Do you want to understand how cultural differences shape interactions and how to navigate them effectively? Do you have specific questions about intercultural dynamics or your own communication style and wish to consult an expert? Then this workshop is for you!

In this interactive workshop, we will cover the following topics:

• Understanding culture and its impact on communication
• Exploring the Communication Square by Schulz von Thun
• Identifying and addressing unconscious biases
• Utilizing cultural dimensions for better intercultural communication
• Applying the Inner Team Model to navigate personal and cultural influences

The best part of this workshop is the seamless blend of theory and practice: You will engage in activities that allow you to explore cultural differences, assess your own biases, and apply models like the Communication Square and Inner Team to real-world scenarios.

Dort können Sie unser gesamtes Workshop-Angebot für das Semester einsehen und sich anmelden. Wenige Tage vor der Veranstaltung bekommen Sie eine Teilnahmeerinnerung  per Email zugeschickt.

Organisation:

• Der Workshop findet auf der  Messe "Karriere der Vielfalt" der Uni Marburg am 28.11.2024 statt.
• Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung ist kostenfrei.
• Sollten Sie aufgrund einer Behinderung oder chronischen Erkrankung Unterstützung benötigen, wenden Sie sich bitte im Vorfeld des Workshops an uns.
• Entstehen durch die Teilnahme an dienstlichen Fortbildungsmaßnahmen unvermeidliche Kosten für die Betreuung von Kindern unter 15 Jahren oder von nach ärztlichem Zeugnis pflegebedürftigen Angehörigen, so werden diese erstattet (HGIG, § 12, Abs. 4)
