It`s always a good idea to focus on your personal sales pitch and to get some preparation ahead of going to a job interview. Employers typically look for a variety of skills and the aim is to stand out of the crowd. It is essential for candidates to communicate effectively and to market their skills convincingly.
We will learn what a typical advanced interview looks like and train tools to support you in quickly starting your career. If you want to be more self-confident and at the same time more relaxed in your next job interviews, this is your workshop!
Please note: Since we will be working interactively, please have your camera and microphone ready!

Workshop topics:

• What does a typical advanced interview look like?
• How do I prepare my strengths to make myself stand out of the crowd?
• How can I communicate my motivation and my enthusiasm?
• Relevant exercises to get routine and self-confidence
• Staying calm when situations get tricky
• Which questions should I ask to find out more about the job?

Requirements:

• PC, laptop, or tablet with a stable internet connection, as well as video and audio capabilities.
• A good group atmosphere is very important in the lecture, which includes being able to see each other, just as in in-person events. Therefore, in this workshop, having an active camera is highly appreciated.
