Coiling Inclusion: Towards LGBTQIA+ Intersectional teaching at European Universities

On the 13th February at 17:00 CET, we will have the online kick off of our EUPeace - European University project, "Coiling Inclusion: Towards LGBTQIA+ Intersectional teaching at European Universities." The project offers a series of online classes (MOOCS) on different intersectional LGBTQIA+ topics, ranging from migration to literature. The overall purpose of this project is to advance equality and inclusivity in the face of an increasingly hostile global environmental towards the rights of LGBTQIA+ people.

Join us for the online kick - off (in English), in which we will:

1. Briefly present the project.
2. Discuss the survey results about attitudes towards incorporating LGBTQIA+ material into classrooms at our four participating universities: Universidad Pontificia Comillas, The Philipp University of Marburg, University of West Bohemia, Pilsen and Università della Calabria.
3. Hear from our guest speakers, Bella FitzPatrick, the Executive Director of ILGYO and Miltos Pavlou, from the European Union´s Fundamental Rights Agency.
