Das Projekt Mehr (für) Physik-Studentinnen lädt alle Studentinnen, Wissenschaftlerinnen und weiblichen Beschäftigten des Fachbereichs Physik ganz herzlich zu einer Exkursion ins Planetarium Fulda ein!

The project  Mehr (für) Physik-Studentinnen cordially invites all female students, scientists and female employees of the Department of Physics to a excursion to the Fulda Planetarium!

Wie weit ist unser Universum? Was kommt nach der Milchstraße?
Kommt mit auf eine Reise zu den "kosmischen Horizonten".
Bei einem live moderierten Programm werden wir sowohl die Grenzen des bekannten Universums als auch den aktuellen Sternenhimmel erkunden.

How vast is our universe? What comes after the Milky Way? Come with us on a journey to the "cosmic horizons".
In a live moderated programme, we will explore both the limits of the known universe and the current starry sky. The programme will be offered in German.

Die Vorführung beginnt am Freitag, den 3. Mai 2024, um 12:30 Uhr und dauert etwa eine Stunde. Die Abfahrt in Marburg erfolgt wesentlich früher wahrscheinlich ab 9 bzw. 10 Uhr. Im Anschluss ist ein gemeinsamer Pizza-Snack geplant, bei dem wir den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen, uns miteinander vernetzen und weitere Projekt-Ideen sammeln möchten.

The screening starts on Friday, 3 May 2024, at 12:30 pm and will take about an hour. Departure in Marburg will be much earlier, probably from 9 or 10 am. A joint pizza snack is planned afterwards, where we can conclude the day in a cosy atmosphere, network with each other and collect further ideas for our next project steps.

Die Plätze sind begrenzt. Bitte melden Sie sich/meldet Euch bis spätestens 21. April 2024 bei Lee_Ann.Schneider [at] verwaltung.uni-marburg.de (von der Uni-Mailadresse). Die Teilnahme an der Führung sowie am Mittagessen ist kostenlos. Die Abwesenheit bei Lehrveranstaltung ist vorher mit den Lehrenden abzustimmen. Beschäftigte stimmen ihre Teilnahme bitte mit ihren jeweiligen Vorgesetzten ab. Bei Fragen helfen wir gern weiter.

Places are limited. Please register by 21 April 2024 at the latest at Lee_Ann.Schneider [at] verwaltung.uni-marburg.de (from the university email address). Participation in the guided tour and lunch is free of charge. Absence from any courses must be agreed with the lecturers in advance. Employees should coordinate their participation with their supervisors. We are happy to help with any questions.
