Lecture Series

The Center for Conflict Studies holds a lecture series on “Conflicts in the Present and the Future” (Konflikte in Gegenwart und Zukunft). This interdisciplinary forum offers lectures by German and international experts open to students and the wider Marburg public. It takes place since thirty years and it offers academic interpretations of current issues in the context of Peace and Conflict Studies for three decades, where the understanding of what constitutes a conflict is defined broadly. The series is organized by Johannes M. Becker.
