The Alix-Westerkamp-Mentoring led by Prof. Dr. Stefanie Bock is an initiative of the Department of Law to support and empower young female academics.

What are our goals?

The overall goal of the Alix-Westerkamp-Mentoring is to support and promote young female legal academics. We want to accompany you during your Ph.D. or postdoc time, assist you in laying the foundation for a successful carrier and encourage you to develop your full potential.

What do we offer?

  • exchange with other female researchers,
  • networking,
  • individual counselling,
  • support in career decision making,
  • insights into various legal professions,
  • further trainings in areas such as rhetoric, self-management, scientific writing,
  • and much more!

Who can become part of our Network?

The Alix-Westerkamp-Mentoring is open to all female Ph.D. students and postdocs at the law faculty of the Philipps-University Marburg!
