Research foci of the chair

One of Professor Böhm’s main areas of research is environmental law. In addition to work on nuclear law and protection against traffic emissions, she is co-publisher of the Gemeinschafts-Kommentare zum Umweltrecht [Community Commentaries on Environmental Law]. She also deals with issues of tax law as well as the law of police and public safety.

Currently, Professor Böhm is supervising several doctoral projects on German and European public law.
