Prof. Dr. Müller-Franken deals with fundamental and current issues in:

• Constitutional and administrative law and
• finance and tax law as well as
• state church law.

The goal of Prof. Dr. Müller-Franken’s work is to understand the law. To this end, he always takes into account not only international and European Union law but also constitutional theory, comparative constitutional theory and constitutional history, as well as the reality that must be ordered by law.
