Welcome to the website of the Marburg Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law. The teaching and research activities of Prof. Dr. Steffen Detterbeck and his research assistants cover German Constitutional Law as well as all required subjects in Administrative Law. The combination of theory and practice is of great importance. The publications in which the research activities of the chair are reflected deal not only with abstract legal topics but also with current controversial legal issues that are of great importance for practice. This involves not only questions of state and Constitutional Law, but also special topics in economic Administrative Law. Other publications (textbooks) take special account of student needs.
