We, Moritz Ernst, Dennis Oynar, Max Reinartz, Melina Schäfer, Rüdiger Soster and Christian Weigel represent Marburg in the 17th Vis Moot Court 2009/10. For Marburg’s second participation in the Vis Moot competition we want to establish a team which profits from all its member’s skills. We intend to use our combined abilities in the most effective way to solve this year’s case. Highly motivated, we anticipate the experiences and progress ahead of us during the different phases of the Moot. We are particularly looking forward to drafting the submissions, the preparation of the oral pleadings and finally the preliminary and elimination rounds in Vienna. Our coaches David Neukirchner and Hendrik Lauster, who are both experienced in the Vis Moot Court, provide us with the required knowledge and support.
