"What I particularly liked about the Empirical Finance seminar was the empirical work with data from the German Bundesbank. This was a perfect complement to the rest of my master's program and helped me to better understand and apply statistical concepts. In the seminar, we worked on new, previously unexplored topics in the field of Household Finance, which were challenging but also very interesting at the same time. While working on the topics, we always had the possibility to turn to our assigned supervisor, who was always available to advise us on questions and problems. Especially with regard to writing an empirical master's thesis, I consider the seminar content as a very good preparation."
