"During my master program Quantitative Accounting and Finance at the Philipps-Universität Marburg, my aim was to gain a comprehensive and practical insight into performance measurement and capital allocation. Therefore, I decided to visit lectures Advance Management Accounting as well as workshops from Prof. Dr. Rapp and MARG Team. The lectures were challenging but also very interesting, which did not disappoint me. In my last semester, I started my master thesis with the topic Value Based Management and its effect on company value measured with M&A transactions. Despite the Coronavirus pandemic and related restrictions, I received an extraordinary support and great guidance from my supervisor, Ms. Schlosser. The constant support, constructive suggestions and sympathy from Prof. Dr. Rapp and Ms. Schlosser were determinant for the accomplishment of my master thesis. These valuable experiences and knowledge enable me to reach my academic goal."
