Lecture - International Corporate Governance (Summer 2025)

During the summer term 2025, we will hold the lecture "International Corporate Governance" (Module Advanced Management Accounting IV).

Objectives:

This course dives into various topics of corporate governance in an international context. Specifically, various themes such as governance structures, incentives, ownership structures, and sustainability topics will be considered.

The course will count as 3 ECTS and is intended to be taken in part with the Mergers and Acquisitions course.
