Many young people seek internships or student jobs to broaden their practical experience. They seek insights, apply their knowledge, and be prepared for their professional career.

Xeem is start-up that offers an innovative opportunity for young talents to connect with businesses. They provide a platform, where visitors can find and participate in chosen challenges from companies. In teams, they will have to work out a solution, present it and have the opportunity to win exclusive prizes.

Xeem was founded in June 2021 by Janine Weirich, Cornelius Huhn and Ramona Gerhards after their platform was released in August 2020. Ever since, they grew into a team of 7 people, received multiple grants and had the opportunity to present their business idea in the famous TV show “Höhle der Löwen”.

The Chair of Entrepreneurship & Innovative Business Models is looking forward to welcoming Janine Weirich (CEO & Co-Founder) from Xeem and have a great exchange with our students from “Introduction to Entrepreneurship” and “Business Model Innovation”.
