"I sought to understand how the financial crisis could occur. From an early point, I was interested in money and financial instruments. Today I can better put the events in a meaningful context. Students consider varying views on the left and right and get involved politically. In everyday life around the university, one can learn many important things, even in the organization of a student house party! Marburg is a feel-good city and the University offers great lectures! I always looked forward to attending them."
André Dahlinger studied Psychology and Economics at the University of Marburg. For his thesis, he received the MACIE award. He is currently a PhD student at the University of St. Gallen. André worked at the research group Institutional Economics as a student assistant.
