22nd Workshop on Corporate Governance and Investment, September 15-16, 2023
The Marburg Center for Institutional Economics (MACIE) is delighted to announce that it will be hosting the *22nd Workshop on Corporate Governance and Investment* (WCGI).
The theme of the 22nd WCGI is “Corporate Governance, Investment, and Businesses in Transformation”. Climate change, digitalization, aging societies, global bloc building and supply chain distortions – businesses face a variety of challenges in these days which call for a transformation of many of the established business models. In parallel, businesses are increasingly expected to transform their business models in a way that they serve the interests of their multiple stakeholders, rather than their shareholders only.
