MACIE Talks address the general public. Recent research results and contemporary topics are presented and discussed. MACIE talks are typically held in German.

The latest MACIE Talk  was held by Prof. Dr. Bernd Hayo and Dr. Florian Neumeier. The talk titled "Gutbürger vs. Wutbürger: Die Einstellung der deutschen Bevölkerung zur Flüchtlingskrise" was organized in cooperation with the city of Marburg  and took place on January 30, 2019 in the City Hall, „Historischer Rathaussaal“, 17-20h.
