Tim Friehe is a professor in the Public Economics Group. His research interests comprise public economics in general and law and economics in particular. He is particularly interested in the incentives created by civil and criminal law. For example, the interrelationship of the competitive environment firms find themselves in and the legal regulations firms are subject to (e.g., product liability) is currently on the research agenda.
