Supervision

If you would like Prof. Dr. Anika Oettler to supervise your thesis, please contact her at least 4 weeks before the registration deadline.

Term- and Final Papers

Detailed information to any formalities at FB03 (registration to lectures and exams, issuing of performance documentation and forwarding grades to the Examination Office) you can find here. 
Term Papers are a form of ‘learning by researching’. This builds directly onto the modul content and refers back to seminar literature. The goal is to have a ground level of theoretical knowledge, developing methods and to reflect upon their usage while showing said skills when writing a Term paper.  The Term Paper is oriented towards Scientific Papers which you can usually find in Professional Journals and Scientific Anthologies. Significant for success is a precisely analysed problem, framing and following scientific questioning as well as pursuing definitions and concepts and using current scientific literature.
