We warmly welcome you to the website of the department of Work and Organizational Psychology at Philipps University Marburg!

As work and organizational psychologists, we investigate the experience and behavior of human beings in the work and organizational context. In our research, we aim to understand antecedents and underlying processes of employees' mental, social and physical well-being, organizational behaviour and performance.

We focus on ways in which these antecedents, processes and outcomes can be shaped and enhanced on different levels, including the individual, teams, leaders/supervisors and the organization.
