Conference Registration

Conference registration is now open (until August 26th, 12.00 noon)! Registration will be handled through the conftool-system. Please log in your account: https://www.conftool.net/voiceid2024/ and follow the conference registration link. Please note the following price categories:

Professors / Permanent Employees € 200.-
Postdocs € 100.-
Students / Ph.D.-students

€ 50.-

Payment is currently only possible by bank transfer. We recommend the wise system (https://wise.com) if your payment comes from outside the Euro-zone. Please note the following:

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
  • The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 10 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 3 days before the starting day of the event).
  • Please pay the registration fee by bank transfer. If you are outside the €-zone, we recommend using the WISE service (https://wise.com/). Please make sure to set the correct recipient sum as indicated in your invoice.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.
  • Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
  • Currently, it takes up to 3 weeks for the payment receipts to be visible in the system due to technical reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience.
