Erasmus office hours
During the office hours, it is possible…
- to discuss applications.
- to ask questions about Erasmus exchanges with Great Britain, Ireland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Norway and Turkey (and, to a certain extent, also about other programmes).
- to discuss problems with Learning Agreements and schedules.
Documents that need a signature (Learning Agreement, Belegliste) can be send to us via mail or e-mail. Please mind the following:
- The documents that you send to us via e-mail need to be signed before hand (don't forget the date).
- Documents need to be printed and scanned in DIN A4 (don't minimize them).
- The scan-quality needs to be sufficient.
Registration
Please register until 1 day before the appointment in the ILIAS group “E.Koch: Office Hours Appointments + Chat”.
Office Hours are possible via phone, BigBlueButton or in person. When you register in ILIAS, please tell us what you’d prefer.
Appointments
During the winter term 2022/23 the following office hours will be offered:

Mondays 4.30 - 5.30 pm
Thursdays 11.00 - 12.00 am
Marlene Warnecke
Tuesdays 4.00 - 5.00 pm
If neither of the appointments work for you, it is possible to make an individual appointment via e-mail.
Also, please note that Ms. Warnecke is not allowed to sign documents but can accept them.
