01.06.2022 Welcome Alexander Schauerte!

On 01.06.2022, Alexander Schauerte has joined our group as a new PhD student.

Alexander recently finished his M.Sc. in physics at the Ruhr-University in Bochum, focussing on PL-spectroscopy in his master thesis. Now he is joining the group as a PhD student to examine perovskites and organic-inorganic cluster compounds using optical spectroscopy. He will investigate the relation between optical and structural properties at the nano- and microscale in these materials, with a particular focus on the dynamic disorder.
