Solar Energy Conversion

The research group on Physics of Solar Energy Conversion, led by Prof. Goldschmidt, investigates the fundamental physical processes involved in converting solar energy in solar cells. The insights gained are used to develop conceptually novel solar cell structures and to improve existing designs.
