Network access

Wired access

To be able to operate a network-capable device (PC, printer, measuring device, LAN adapter, etc.) via LAN cable on the university network "UMRnet", it must first be registered by application. Web forms are available for this purpose at the Department of Pharmacy.

  Uni-Account required!
  If you do not have a university account yourself, your supervisor must make the request for you.

  • Modification form (GER)
  • Deregistration form (GER)

Network cables

Only the network cables of the University Computer Center (HRZ) should be used for the connecting devices. These can be obtained free of charge from the department's IT representative or from the University Computer Center (HRZ).

WIFI access

A university account is required to access the university network "UMRnet" via WIFI. The user devices must be configured beforehand. Information on this can be found on the pages of the University Computer Center (HRZ) with detailed instructions for almost all end devices.
