Western- style diet is one of the main modifiable risk factors for colorectal cancer (CRC). In our laboratory we are dedicated to find out more about how exactly western-style diet increases CRC risk and furthermore how western-style diet influences CRC progression and therapy response. In that way we aim to find out new strategies for CRC prevention and to improve treatment of CRC patients.
