Teaching contents:
With the help of practical exercises the students will learn bioinformatic methods to independently conduct evaluations of NGS data (from raw data to evaluation).
Qualification goals:
- The students will be able to apply command-line-based tools for quality controls, for alignment of FASTQ data and for quality control of these alignments.
- Furthermore, they will be able to apply R-based tools for the determination of differential expressed genes and ChIP-enriched genomic regions
