The Nanoanaylzer is a robust, fast, and easy-to-use nano-flow cytometry analyzer for the measurement of the concentration and size of biological and synthetic nanoparticles (>40 nm). By combining size determination by scattering, based on the dedicated nano-flow system operating at low flow rates and low sheath flows, and the ability to detect particles phenotypically with up to 2 built-in lasers, it can partially replace other analytical methods. Of particular note are the very good resolution in the 40-200 nm range and the combination of scattering and fluorescence signal, which minimizes the detection of false positives.
Combining all these characteristics, the nano-flow cytometry provides a versatile approach for analyzing and profiling EVs from different sources such as cell culture supernatants and various body fluids.

After labeling with fluorescent antibodies, the fluorescence signals of EVs can be detected concurrently with side scatter.
