HeFDI Data Talks The HeFDI Data Talks are a bi-weekly open information and discussion event series on current topics, offers and services in the field of research data management. The Data Talks take place every second Friday (even calendar weeks) from 11-12h as a web conference.

HeFDI Data Week First held in 2020 as the HeFDI Plenary and continuously developed since then, the HeFDI Data Week is a permanent annual event organized by the HeFDI network. In an online event lasting several days, the entire HeFDI team offers in-depth workshops and input on data and code management services for all interested parties.

HeFDI Data School The HeFDI Data School offers both general introductions to the basics of research data management as well as in-depth training on important aspects, such as the creation of data management plans, data organization or legal aspects such as data protection and property rights. It is aimed equally at doctoral students and research staff of Hessian universities.

HeFDI Code School Software for the evaluation and creation of research data is now being developed in almost all research areas, but systematic training is rarely part of the curriculum or further training in non-computer science subjects. This is where the HeFDI Code School comes in and develops formats for further training in sustainable and qualitative research software for doctoral students and postdocs from all disciplines.
