HeFDI Data Talk on 09.09.2022: LINKED? OPEN? DATA at Foto Marburg
Linked Open Data (LOD) is state of the art for freely available, network-based data, also and especially in research. What does this mean exactly, and what is the current status? To this end, Christoph Glorius will kick off the Data Talks after the summer break by presenting the offerings of the German Documentation Center for Art History / Bildarchiv Foto Marburg: the image index, the graphics portal, and the Open Access Policy. He invites you to a critical review of the current state regarding LOD and gives an outlook on planned further developments.
You are cordially invited to join the online discussion and ask your questions on Friday, 09/09 from 11-12.
The HeFDI Data Talks are a free virtual event series on current data management topics; you can register at any time.
