HeFDI Data Talk: XML Workshop: Practical Introduction to XML and Metadata Schemes

In the field of research data management, one hears more and more about XML and cross-disciplinary and discipline-specific metadata schemes. Unfortunately, the application of XML and the use of such metadata schemes is not trivial and, at least in the field of text digitisation (using TEI), is not achieved simply by entering the metadata into a form. This workshop is aimed at people who have had little or nothing to do with this topic so far, and is intended to provide a brief but more practically oriented insight into XML and metadata schemes.
