Knowledge from public funds should also be publicly accessible. This principle has been established for some time, both in relation to science and for open government. While Open Data has already become the standard for administrative data, some researchers are still hesitant. What lessons can we learn from Open (Government) Data for open research data?

Dr. Henriette Litta from the Open Knowledge Foundation Deutschland e.V. explains to us the added value of open data for a free knowledge society. Why should we share our research data openly and thus also with the competition? Who benefits from our data? How can open data make our own processes more efficient? And how can we accompany the change to more openness?

Here you will find the program of the entire series of events and you can register for the event.
