To distribute emails to a large group of recipients, you can use self-defined or already existing mailing lists. Members of the university can request the creation of their own lists and manage them online. The list server is available at:

  • This service is based on Sympa, an open source mailing list manager
  • Mailing lists can be automatically created and kept up-to-date for groups of people who can be clearly identified in the registry of persons.
    Mailing lists already exist for many groups of people, e.g. "all students of a faculty". If desired, mailing lists can be added, e.g. "all students of a course of studies in the 1st semester".
  • Not all existing mailing lists are listed in the overview, please ask us!
